Planning Process
The NSW Minister for Planning has approved the project application by CCA.
The proposal is called a “major project” under the NSW State Environmental Planning Policy (Major Projects) 2005. This means the proposal was assessed under Part 3A of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.
